Laboratory
7,000 m² of secure and fully equipped laboratories await you at our innovation site for scientific activities. Biotechnology, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, and applied research form the DNA of our campus, which is unique in Switzerland.

From simple individual offices to large open spaces that can be customized to suit your needs, our workspaces can accommodate companies of all sizes, from startups to multinational corporations. Our on-demand office solution (FlexOffice) could be a quick and effective option for your early days at MIC. Industry
MIC rents workshop spaces starting from 9 m², as well as production or storage halls suited to craft, industrial activities, and prototyping.
Logistics
MIC offers you secure storage spaces of all sizes. They are suitable for craftsmen, traders (including e-commerce), construction companies, as well as all other sectors that require easily accessible and functional storage space.
Living
The “Ancienne Papeterie” district will eventually house nearly 2,500 residents in the long term.
Hotel
The Hôtel des Innovations was designed to support campus activities and accommodate tourists. It offers 167 rooms, suites, and apartments, suitable for both short stays and longer stays. This 4-star hotel features several flexible conference rooms.
